Here’s how it works…
Proposal
When you contact us, we will take your details and respond to your inquiry with a written proposal. Normally this will include several price options, all based upon your individual needs and desires.
Agree to the Date
If you have already set a date, we will do our best to work on your schedule. Fridays and Saturdays are our busiest days, so getting your date as soon as possible insures that you will receive the best available.
Number of guests
One week before your event we will need to know how many guests you intend to invite and how many you think will attend. We ask that you give us a final confirmation of your expected attendance a week prior to your event.
Venue
Once you have decided on your budget and selected a date, we can suggest possible venues for your event. Alternatively, we can run the tasting at your private residence or place of business.
Catering
We work with a large number of local caterers to provide you the most unique and exciting food and wine combinations. You can elect to choose either your cuisine or wine first, then we will suggest pairings best suited to your choices. One week before your event, we will provide you with a finalized food and beverage menu.
