Private Events

The Era of Elegance Team looks forward to hosting your Wine Tasting Event.  We  promise a fun and memorable experience which will include education and discussion on each wine poured.

  • The following information is provided to help coordinate a perfect event.
  • Fees include: $360 for 6 bottle wine tasting of up to 18 people, staff, set-up and clean-up. Additional guest will be $10 per person.
  • A credit card will be required to reserve the date and time.
  • The Guided Wine Tasting will include wines chosen by the host and Era of Elegance.
  • Food will not be provided by Era of Elegance, but we can recommend a terrific caterer with artful and delicious cuisine.
  • The Wine Tasting will run 2 hours.  If you request the Era of Elegance staff beyond the allotted time, a fee of $25 per hour will be charged.
  • The event coordinator is responsible for collecting RSVPs and communicating a final number to Era of Elegance no later than 48 hours prior to the event.
  • An Era of Elegance team member will do a 5 minute overview of the company and its unique concept for all the guests attending. The Era of Elegance representative will perform the tasting and discuss each wine poured.  You and your guests are encouraged to ask any questions at will.  Our goal is to help wine drinkers feel comfortable choosing wine, drinking wine, and pairing wine with food.
  • All attendees must be 21 years or older.
  • Cancelation within 24 hour of event will result in a charge of $100.
